We Buy Books! If you have books to sell, read on!

If you have interesting books to sell or give away, get in touch. We don’t buy everything but will consider all good books, (and even CDs, and DVDs) in very good or better condition, particularly if they are of specialist or academic interest.  We buy based on our inventory needs, which can change from week to week.

Books we don't buy

We don't usually buy encyclopaedias, Reader's Digest or book club books, magazine collections, or books in heavily used, dirty or mouldy condition.

Why not Donate your unwanted books?

While we purchase hundreds of books every week, please consider donating your items if you don’t especially need to sell. We are an independent bookshop and every donation helps us stay in business longer, continue to provide local employment and create a cultural hub, etc.... Books we can’t use are re-donated for charitable purposes - we usually give them to the local hospices, to support The Severn Hospice at Craven Arms, or St Michael's Hospice in Herefordshire.

Thank you for reading, and for visiting us here!
