As if life isn't tough enough at the moment I just heard of the death of the wonderful Shirley Hughes beloved children's author and illustrator. For our instant Shirley Hughes Top ten click Here .

Also as you will have seen on Facebook and elsewhere we are acting as a drop off depot for items being sent in the Knighton Ukraine lorry. Please check with us before you bring donations as there is a list of what is required. A customer overheard a conversation I was having about this and immediately donated the £16 change from her book order to the Lorry fund. Made me want to cry.
