Last day of H.Art, that's it for exhibitions for 2016 25th September 2016

So today is the last day of our H.Art exhibition for 2016, and indeed our last day of exhibitions for this year. We love showing art at Aardvark, working with artists, talking to customers as they view our shows. The art programme has become a really integral part of what we do. I often say that we owe our art programme  to Gareth Rees-Roberts, but that isn't quite the case. We had shown and sold pictures within the shop before, but it  was Gareth who put together our first H.Art exhibition and therefore set the pattern for all the warehouse shows that have followed on ( including the annual map exhibitions).

Good news on Aardvark H.Art; new books in stock; October Brocante; Arcadia Music18th September 2016

Just a quick reminder that this year's Aardvark H.Art exhibition doesn't end with the rest of the H.Art programme today, but is on for a whole extra week until next Sunday. Sadly today is the last day to catch the exhibitions at Kingsland and Discoed churches, both of which are well worth seeing. Also brilliant (although not in H.Art proper) is the Redlake Artists show at Chapel Lawn. A biannual event, this year's show is full of clever, bright and thought-provoking art.

A somewhat mad few days, getting ready for our triple H.Art exhibition, and for booksignings/stall at the Ludlow Food Fair. First day of Ludlow went well, and many thanks to the authors Ping, Howard, Jo and Sophia for taking time to sign books.
